The month of January feels like one big Monday to me. All of the fun with the family over the holidays has come to an end and it’s back to the daily grind. I’ve been working on getting the house back in order (unpacking, putting away Christmas decor and doing some house projects) and getting back into my workout routine. Because let’s be honest, I fell out of my fitness groove as soon as the holiday season hit. I’ve been going to the gym 4-5 days a week. Two of those days I take a yoga class. I guess you could say things are getting pretty serious because I bought my own yoga mat. haha My overall fitness goal is to create a healthy workout routine I can maintain the rest of my life. It feels good to be starting off 2020 on the right foot. It is too cold to do anything else so why not be indoors at the gym or cuddling with Mac.
